Hicksville, NY, August 18, 2022 – NSA Computer Exchange Corp (NSA) is pleased to announce Susan Bell has joined the Company as Professional Services Resource Manager. She brings 24 years of distribution industry experience to NSA after working for ERP Solutions Partner, Infor, as Sr Director Support Operations. Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets.

Her time at Infor centered on customer support and escalation management where she worked closely with Infor customers using many different solutions, including both SaaS and On-Premise environments, and has a deep understanding of the inner workings of Infor and its processes. While there, she also routinely partnered with NSA team members to provide expert solutions to mutual customers.

Bell shares, “I look forward to this new endeavor. Leaning on my extensive work experience I will be an asset in understanding & navigating concerns, identifying resolutions, and prescribing solutions to address needs.”

In her new role, Bell will be responsible for scheduling and organizing resources for customer projects, Managing Support and the ConnectWise ticket system.
