Nikki Bilbrey brings over 20 years of experience in customer service, procurement, operations, and operational IT, with a strong track record of serving as a trusted resource for systems and process-related expertise.
Nikki Bilbrey has extensive hands-on experience with both Infor SX.enterprise (SX.e) and CloudSuite Distribution (CSD), having supported more than 100 branches across these platforms. She has worked across multiple functional areas, including order entry, purchasing, warehouse transfers, invoicing, and inventory processes, and has served as a Super User supporting day-to-day system functionality and procedural guidance for end users.
In addition, Nikki Bilbrey played an integral role in the migration from SX.e to CSD, where she helped develop training materials, delivered end-user training, and supported branch operations throughout the transition. She has also contributed to acquisition initiatives by evaluating business processes, identifying best practices, and providing training to ensure successful system adoption.
