Bill Payne leads Agile Dragon Group, a structured analytics consulting and solutions firm focused on the Birst platform inside Infor CloudSuite Distribution. He works closely with implementation partners and customers to align analytics with measurable business readiness and operational stability.
Victoria serves as Product Manager for Dragon Pack® Audit and Dragon Pack® Activity, while also leading education initiatives as Agile Dragon Group’s Dragon Librarian and Head of Education. She brings deep CloudSuite Distribution experience, having previously worked as a CSD Administrator managing reporting and readiness during system transitions. At ADG, she oversees product evolution, documentation, and structured enablement to ensure customers gain measurable value from their analytics environment. Victoria works directly with implementation teams to help organizations prepare for go‑live with clarity, adoption visibility, and operational confidence.
Glenn Bell is a Senior Technical Consultant at NSA with more than twenty years of experience in support of technology solutions in the distribution space. He joined NSA through an acquisition five years ago and continues to work alongside the same core team he has collaborated with for more than two decades. Glenn now leads NSA’s vendor management and NSA Plus partner program and serves as the host of NSA’s client-facing webinars. His focus is on helping distributors understand the complementary technologies that enhance the Infor CSD ecosystem and supporting clients with clear, practical guidance.
