The NSA team played a critical role in helping GMS successfully migrate to the new 445 accounting structure under an extremely short timeline. From the very beginning, they worked closely with us to troubleshoot issues as we tested, ensuring that challenges were addressed quickly and thoroughly.

Midway through the process, we had to redirect our approach, and the NSA team pivoted seamlessly helping us regroup, adjust plans, and stay on track without losing momentum. Their ability to adapt while maintaining focus on the end goal was invaluable.

A special callout goes to Jason Kan, who worked tirelessly late into the night and throughout weekends to ensure everything came together. His dedication and problem-solving were instrumental to the project’s success.

Kathy Lundquist was equally critical, and amazing staying closely engaged and making sure every step was handled with care and precision. Without her leadership and drive this project would not have been completed on time

This was a highly important and time-sensitive project for GMS, and it was essential that it be delivered on time and without issues. Without the expertise, commitment, and collaboration of the NSA team, this would not have been possible. Kathy, Jason, and Valerie truly went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for their support and dedication.

The NSA team has not always been the go-to business partner when we have needed assistance in troubleshooting issues. This experience has shed new light on the abilities of the NSA team. GMS finance leads have requested that we engage NSA for any future situation where assistance is required. The team’s talents and professionalism have instilled confidence that we truly have a partner that can resolve our issues in a timely manner.

As the Director of IT Applications there are several challenges that I face daily. I can not thank Kathy enough for taking this project on and leading it from the start. After seeing how she rallied the GMS team and pulled in the incredible NSA resources as needed, I was confident this project would be completed on time. I was able to address other pressing matters knowing our “445” project would stay on track.
