John brings over 30 years of knowledge in the distribution and remanufacturing industry to his new role at NSA. His extensive experience in operations combined with his training in systems, as well as a drive for finding effective solutions, allowed him to be successful in leading his group of companies through their legacy SX.e Migration (2007, 2009, and 2010), an extreme upgrade (2018), and a migration to Cloudsuite Distribution (CSD) with Infor Service Management (ISM) in 2023.
John states, “I’ve worked with many NSA employees over the years in my previous job role and as a part of The User Group (TUG). I’m eager to extend my experience in operations and systems to provide NSA clients with innovative and timely solutions that meet their needs, improve overall efficiencies, and help them achieve success.”
