Hicksville, NY, October 2025 – NSA Computer Exchange Corp (NSA) is pleased to announce that Leonora Biagioni has joined the Company as a Business Consultant on the Support Team.
Leonora brings more than 20 years of experience across the supply chain, including customer service, operations, and finance. Over the course of her career, she has become known as the dependable “go-to” resource within every organization she has supported. Her extensive background includes working across both the Infor SX.e and CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) environments in a super user role, where she provided day-to-day support, guided colleagues through system functions, and helped improve operational workflows.
Her experience includes:
- Ten years serving as a super user for SX.e and CSD
• Acting as a liaison between departments to support operational and process changes
• Training warehouse and customer service teams during a company acquisition
• Leading training efforts for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Gaining hands-on expertise during a migration from SX.e GUI to CSD
• Supporting finance teams through system changes and new process development
• Providing ongoing assistance to teams seeking efficient, reliable solutions
Leonora’s analytical mindset and collaborative approach have made her a trusted partner for organizations navigating new systems, process improvements, and operational growth. Her passion for supporting teams and delivering effective solutions has brought her back to her preferred environment, the Support Team.
