Hicksville, NY, February 10th, 2023 – NSA Computer Exchange Corp (NSA) is pleased to announce Teresa Grisales has joined the Company as Business Consultant. Prior to joining NSA, Teresa was a Senior Product Support Consultant at Central Data Systems for two years, and a Senior Product Support Consultant at Infor Global Solutions for 15 years, working with customers in the US, Canada, and the UK.

Before her career in the Distribution ERP Software industry, Grisales worked in the accounting field in different capacities for various industries, in New Jersey and the Tampa Bay area in Florida.

Teresa has experience with Infor’s SX.enterprise Distribution software in all versions including Character (Trend), Graphical (SX.e GUI), WebUI on-premises, and CloudSuite Distribution (CSD).

Grisales says, NSA is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, and I am incredibly excited to be part of the Company. I’m eager to use my skills and experience to help drive NSA’s success and make a positive impact on the business and our clients.

In her new role, Teresa will be handling various key roles for NSA including General Ledger, Control Account Balancing, Accounts Receivable, Sales Order Entry, Invoice Processing, Accounts Payable, Warehouse Transfers, Purchasing, Pricing/Rebates, and Master Files setup. She will also handle system administration, incident management metrics and escalation, diagnostic bugs, and testing software releases and patches prior to customer distribution.
